District 1- Hillcrest Area- All of that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying north of the south line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 6 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana (said line also being the north line of Lots 77, 78 and 79 in Kingsridge North Unit 1 and the extension of said north lines to the west) and lying west of the water channel connecting Long Lake and Flint Lake.

District 2- Edgewater Beach Area- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying East of the water channel connecting Long Lake and Flint Lake, North of the North shore of Flint Lake, and West of the East line of the West One-Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 35 North, Range 5 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana and West of East Long Lake Drive and Private Drive #2 (located approximately 100' East of East Long Lake Drive).

District 3- Blackhawk Beach Area- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying east of East Long Lake Drive, Private Drive 2 (located approximately 100' east of East Long Lake Drive), and the east shore of Flint Lake and north of the centerline of Pumping Station Road (located approximately 680' south of Lakeview Road) and said Pumping Station Road extended. 

District 4- Burlington Beach North- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying north of Burlington Beach Road, south of Pumping Station Road (located approximately 680' south of Lakeview Road) and south shore of Flint Lake and east of the west line of the South One-Half of Section 6, Township 35 North, Range 5 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana. 

District 5- Burlington Beach South- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying South of Burlington Beach Road North of the North line of Ridgewood Creek Subdivisions Unit 1, 2, 3 and 4 and East of the West line of the North One-Half of Section 7, Township 35 North, Range 5 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana (said line being approximately 110' West of Cardinal Lane) and also East of the East line of Ridgewood Creek Subdivision Units 1, 2, 3 and 4; also including a part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District on the East side of Calumet Avenue (Old State Road No. 49) in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 35 North, Range 5 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana North of the South line of the North 785.66 feet of said Quarter Section and West of the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section, being commonly known as the original (old) Flint Lake School site. 

District 6- Kingsridge North Area- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying west of the west line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 35 North, Range 5 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana (said line being approximately 110' west of Cardinal Lane), north of Burlington Beach Road, east of the West line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 6 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana (also being the west line of Kingsridge North Unit 1), and south of the south line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 35 North, Range 6 West of the Second Principal Meridan in Porter County, Indiana (said line also being the north line of Lots 77, 78 and 79 in Kingsridge North Unit 1 and the extension of said north lines of the west).

District 7- Ridgewood Creek Subdivision- All that part of the Valparaiso Lakes Area Conservancy District lying within Ridgewood Creek Subdivision Units 1, 2, 3 and 4.
