Letter from the Board

Dear Freeholders,

For the past six month VLACD and Valparaiso City Utilities have been in communication about the water rates that we pay to VCU. We have received official word from the VCU Board of Directors that after thoughtful consideration we have been respectfully denied our request of a water rate reduction, but that this can be revisited in the future. As always, we want to maintain a mutual respect and working relationship with VCU.
